Our Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- Condition: Items must be new, in their original state, and returned with all packaging intact. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
- No-Cost Returns: We cover the return shipping, so you won’t have to spend a penny. There is also no restocking fee, so no need to worry about that!
How to Return an Item
- Reach Out to Us: Email info@merryandmoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll send you a return authorization along with clear, step-by-step guidelines.
- Pack It Up: Securely repack your item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Print & Attach Label: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, simply print it and affix it to your package.
- Send It Back: Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location as per your return authorization email.
Refund Process
- Quality Check: Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refund Issued: After approval, your refund will be processed in 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
